Michael James CFA, MBA

Michael is originally from Toronto but also spent many summers in Phoenix, Arizona when he was growing up. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and History from the University of Toronto in 2008 before switching direction and attaining an MBA from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto in 2016.  He has also successfully completed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst exams and holds the CFA designation. He joined the firm in 2023 following seven years as an analyst at another investment management firm in Toronto.

In what little free time he has as the father of three young children, he enjoys hockey, running and golf, as well as taking the kids to the park. He also likes to cook and is especially fond of rustling up pizza or some steak tacos.
