Matthew earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialist in Accounting from the University of Toronto in 2014. He has also successfully completed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst exams and holds the CFA designation. He joined the firm in 2025 following eight years at another investment management firm in Toronto.

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, gardening, golfing with his wife, Olivia, and anything else that allows him to get outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his two Bengal cats, Bruce and Ruby.
