In 1988, Rob established Robert Evans Investment Counsel (now known as Evans Investment Counsel) and has made building the firm his life’s work. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He is also a CFA Charterholder. Word of mouth, client loyalty and performance through all types of market conditions are all contributing factors to the steady growth the company and Rob’s client roster have experienced over thirty years.

The proud father of three, Rob has been fortunate enough to travel to places as far flung as Thailand, South Africa and Portugal, and enjoys golfing no matter where he is.
